Freezer-Friendly and All natural
(Makes six crusts)
Get the convenience of prepared crusts with the taste of homemade! Our bulk pie crust recipe has just 3 ingredients plus water.
Place flour in the bowl of a stand mixer and add salt. Pulse until flour and salt are completely mixed.
Step 1
Chop each stick of butter into pieces about one tablespoon in size and add to flour & salt mixture.
Step 2
Pulse the mixer to blend the dough well. The dough does not have to be completely uniform. Little bits of butter are fine.
Step 3
Place mixed dough on a rolling mat prepared with flour. Separate into six equal portions to prepare individual crusts.
Step 4
Separate discs with parchment paper or roll out each crust, cover with parchment paper, and roll up to freeze.
Step 5
Wrap or bag securely for freezer. Thaw in refrigerator overnight before use. Use in place of prepared pie crust in any recipe.
