Alfredo Rotini Pasta Bake

Creamy and cheesy, our Alfredo Rotini Pasta Bake is an easy and delicious casserole. It takes just 15 minutes to prep, and you can relax while it bakes.

What you need to make Alfredo Rotini Pasta Bake

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to package directions

Step 2

While the pasta is cooking, combine the ricotta cheese, eggs, 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl and mix well.

Step 3

When the rotini is done, combine the hot cooked pasta and the Alfredo sauce. Mix until well-coated.

Step 4

Layer half of the pasta mixture in a baking dish that has been prepared with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 5

Evenly spread the ricotta cheese mixture over the Alfredo rotini.

Step 6

Top with the remaining rotini tossed with Alfredo sauce.

Step 7

Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 350ºF oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.

Step 8

Remove from oven, uncover, and top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
