Easy Cheeseburger Pie is an easy meal that can be adjusted to a variety of flavors. Add Montreal Steak Seasoning for a punch of garlic and black pepper, or serve it with salsa, sour cream, and fresh cilantro for a southwestern flavor. I like to play around with various cheese for variety; Monterey Jack or Irish cheddar would give completely different flavors.

Quick and easy meal to prepare when little ones are running amok. I made as directed adding the Montreal Steak seasoning. Served with salsa and a sprinkling of shredded cheddar. I think next time I make it I may add a thinly sliced tomato on top of the beef mixture before topping with Bisquick topping. This recipe has a lot of room to add things you like ... corn, black beans, etc. Thank you!

I'm so glad you liked it! Adding sliced tomatoes sounds delicious—I might try that next time.
