This was superb! It's the day before shopping day. I have little food left in the pantry. I have unopened kielbasa, no potatoes or peppers, what to do? I cooked this recipe and served it over buttered noodles. Only had a half cup of brown sugar so I halved your recipe and added cornstarch at the end to thicken the sauce. My family is raving how good it is. This is a keeper!

What’s a good side dish with this?
Mary Ann
It would be good with dinner rolls and roasted broccoli (toss fresh broccoli florets with some oil, salt and pepper and roast on a parchment paper lined pan at 450ºF until it starts to brown). I also serve it with slow-simmered green beans.
