Easy Skillet Ramen
Tomatoes, corn, peas, and ground beef perk up ramen noodles in this easy one-pan dish.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 ounces Ramen, any flavor
- 15 ounces can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 15 ounces can corn, undrained
- 1 cup frozen peas
Instructions
- Brown 1 pound ground beef.
- Drain 15 ounces can diced tomatoes and add to beef. Break up 6 ounces Ramen noodles and add to beef with ramen seasoning packet, 15 ounces can corn, and 1 cup frozen peas. Add water if needed to cover the noodles.
- Bring to a boil then cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 minutes or until noodles are fully cooked.
