Step 1

Boil the spaghetti pasta according to package directions. While it cooks, brown the ground beef.

Chop the green onions, discarding the root end and green tips.

Step 3

Add water and taco seasoning to the cooked beef and simmer until sauce is thickened.

Step 4

Add the chopped green onions and the undrained Mexi-corn, fire-roasted tomatoes, and green chiles.

Step 5

Stir and cook the meat mixture over medium heat until heated through.

Step 6

Serve the Mexican Spaghetti sauce over hot cooked pasta and garnish with shredded cheese.
