As with all of the lists, these items are what I stock. You should stock based on your preferences. Some of them will be used regularly in Add Salt & Serve meal plans (like cooked ground beef, cooked chicken, and cooked onions), but some are just items to keep on hand for use outside of the meal plans, like frozen vegetables for soups and side dishes. Stock what you use, not what I use.
Freezer Items

- Bagged berries, miscellaneous (for smoothies)

- Hash Browns
- Mixed Vegetables (for fried rice, soups, and casseroles)
- Okra
- Peas
- Peas and Carrots
- Shoepeg Corn
- Stew Vegetables
- Stir Fry Vegetables

Meat
- Beef Hot Links
- Beef (ground, roast, stew, and flank)
- Chicken (roasters, breasts)
- Beef Hot Dogs
- Turkey Kielbasa
Miscellaneous
- Miscellaneous meals that have been prepared and frozen
- Nuts (almonds, pecans, pinenuts, walnuts)
- Seeds (sunflower seeds, sesame seeds)
- Shredded & Sliced Cheese (several bags each of mozzarella, cheddar, Mexican blend, and Parmesan)
- Tortellini
- Ravioli
- Beyond Beef Ground, Brats, Hot Italian Sausage, and Burgers
Prepared Ingredients
- Black beans, cooked
- Buttermilk biscuit dough
- Chicken, cooked and diced or shredded
- Ground beef, browned
- Meatballs (there is also a vegetarian version using Beyond Meat products)
- Peppers, chopped and sauteed
