Ingredients

small red potatoes
,
cleaned

tablespoons
butter
½
teaspoon
kosher salt
,
or to taste

tablespoon
fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
Clean
1.5 pounds small red potatoes
. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Boil until fork tender, about 15 minutes.
Drain potatoes and return to pan.
Toss with
2 tablespoons butter
and
½ teaspoon kosher salt
(or to taste).
If desired, sprinkle with
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
before serving.
