Ingredients

long grain white rice

Instructions
Boil water in a large sauce pan. Add rice; cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Remove from heat. Add lime juice, butter, cilantro, and salt to taste.
Serve as a side dish or as a burrito filling.
