This enchilada sauce is quick and easy to make and is less expensive than store-bought enchilada sauce. Serve it with burritos or enchiladas for a delicious inexpensive meal.
Combine 15 ounces tomato sauce, ½ teaspoon oregano, ½ tablespoon garlic powder, ½ to 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and cumin to taste and let simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes to combine the flavors.
