7 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons dried minced onion
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in chili spice blend and store in a leftover container, empty spice bottle, or baggie.

Recipe makes approximately three ¼ cup servings (¼ cup is about the same as a packet of chili mix). Nutrition data is for ¼ cup.
